Tyvek Rolls & Pouches are prepared with certified peel able neutral and transparent plastic materila coming from a special layer of polyester and polyethylene.
On demand we serve pouches to expose with plasma gas, Steam and EO sterilization for heat sensistive surgical instruments. It is simple & easy to distinguish between sterilzed packages from the non-sterilized ones due to sharp change indicator.
Tyvek hardly absorbs any toxic gases and thus result in far below allowable limit values of residual toxic gas levels.
Excellent microbial barrier propoerties against germs, bacteria and moisture
Extremely high resistance to penetration and fiber-free peeling
Long Shelf Life which can maintain sterility for at least five years if package integrity is not compromised
