Sampling Systems

• Pump Samplers allow the liquids to be simply and quickly sampled. The only product contact parts are the dip tube and the sample collecting bottle.
• The chance of cross contamination is greatly reduced by using new dip-tube and bottles for each sample.
• Suitable for use with low to medium viscosity liquids.

Operation:

1. Cut the sampling tube to the required length or use the pre cut sterile tube.

2. Screw the collecting bottle to the base of the hand pump.

3. Insert one end of the sampling tube through the hand pump and into the collecting bottle.

4. Drop the other end of the sampling tube into the product. At the required depth pump the handle. Several pumps will fill the sample collecting bottle.

5.The pump is not a product contact part. Only the tube and collecting bottle come into contact with the product

Pump Efficiency

• The plastic and stainless steel hand pumps are highly efficient and are able to pump water to a height of about 4m
• The PTFE Pump Sampler set is designed for contamination free sampling work. This PTFE set comes with PTFE tubes and a chemically resistant PFA bottle. It is ideal for liquid sampling up to about 4m deep. Because the tube is the only contact parts, it is ideal for contamination free sampling.
• The sampler is supplied as a set so it is easy to get started.

EASY TO OPERATE - CONTAMINATION FREE SAMPLING

• The sample is drawn up through the hose into the bottle. Attach a hose and bottle to the pump. operate the sampler which will draw liquid up the tube into the bottle.
• The Pump Sampler is suitable for low to medium viscosity liquids. The only product contact parts are the delivery hose and the sample bottle. It is ideal for materials like water, oil and liquid.
• All Pump Sampler sets include a length of 8mm diameter tubing. Tubing should be considered a consumable item.

• Available in pre-cut lengths or a 100mm reel
• Made from food-grade LDPE which conforms to:
• FDA 21 CFR 177.1520
• EC 1935/2004
• EU 10/2011
• External Diameter is 8mm, Internal Diameter is 6mm
• Available sterile

PTFE Tubing

• Available in lengths of 5m or a 100m reel
• Made from food-grade LDPE which conforms to:
• FDA 21 CFR 177.1550
• USP Class VI (5020T-100USP only)
• External Diameter is 8mm, Internal Diameter is 6mm
